- Goods-in-transit insurance: All services include goods cover to protect items throughout the transport, for maximum peace of mind.
- Loading and unloading: We handle loading/unloading using professional methods and suitable equipment (straps, protective blankets, trolleys, etc.).
- Waiting time: Loading/unloading is included. Extended delays outside the service may incur an additional waiting-time charge.
- Special items: For bulky, heavy, or delicate items (motorcycles, machinery, fragile furniture, etc.), please check in advance so we can plan correctly.
- Accessibility: Prices may vary if access is difficult (no lift, narrow stairs, long carry distance, or extra equipment required).
